About This Project
This 77064 homeowner chose the CertainTeed 5-Star warranty, which means every component on the roof is CertainTeed: shingles, underlayment, starter, ridge cap and ridge vent. We installed it in June 2025.
It is a two-story with a front gable and a one-story wing over the breakfast room. The whole roof was torn off and replaced in a charcoal laminate, with the chimney and wall flashings redone.
Why the 5-Star tier matters on a house like this: the warranty follows the roof, not the installer, and it covers workmanship for 25 years as long as the whole system is one brand. On a two-story with wall flashings and a chimney, that is the part most likely to be tested, so we only offer it when we are installing every piece ourselves.
The gallery shows the front gable, the side wing and the rear of the house.
