Roof Replacement on Sage Dale Dr in Houston, TX

About This Project

A one-story home on Sage Dale Drive in 77089, re-roofed in August 2026 with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Heather Blend, a warm brown-and-gray mix that suits the brick on these southeast Houston homes. The house also got new gutters in Royal Brown to match.

The roof has several hips and a chimney, and the photos show the crew's progression along the hip lines, including the ice-and-water shield runs at the hips before the caps went on. The chimney was re-flashed with new step and counter flashing, and the box vents on the rear slope were replaced.

This was one of a cluster of Sagemont-area replacements we completed over the same few weeks. Homes here were built in two or three waves, so when one roof on a street reaches end of life, several of its neighbors are usually close behind.
