Roof Replacement on Hughes Ranch Rd in Houston, TX

About This Project

A two-story brick home on Hughes Ranch Road in 77089, southeast Houston, finished in September 2026. The roof is a series of hips with a couple of long valleys draining toward the back, and the homeowner chose a charcoal architectural shingle that sits well against the red brick.

The photos here are the crew's close-out set from the ridge. They show the new ridge caps, the valley metal under the shingles, and the detail at the rear hip where two slopes meet above the pool. We photograph those spots on every job because they are the ones that fail first when a roof is rushed.

This replacement went through the normal process of a documented inspection, a written scope, and an install by our own crew. If you are in the 77089 area and your roof is the same age as your neighbors', it is probably worth a free look.
