About This Project
January 2025 on a two-story in Sugar Land's First Colony, 77478. The spec deleted an old turbine in favor of four pieces of ridge vent, added two 4-inch and one 3-inch HVAC flashings, five 3-in-1 pipe jacks and an 8-inch four-way on the 7/12 slope.
The homeowner also asked for the chimney to be re-sealed where nails had backed out of the old counter flashing. New counter flashing was cut into the mortar instead of re-nailing the old metal.
The second story on this house was too steep to photograph safely from the roof, so the gallery leans on the first-story slopes and the rear elevation.
