Roof Replacement on Lacreek Ln in Spring, TX

About This Project

A two-story brick home on Lacreek Lane in Spring's 77379, in the Klein area, replaced in July 2026 with a charcoal architectural shingle. The house has a front dormer, a tall chimney on the side elevation, and a separate low roof over the rear patio, all of which were re-roofed as part of the same job.

The dormer and chimney are the detail work here. Both needed new step and counter flashing let into the brick, and the dormer cheeks were re-flashed where they meet the main slope. The patio cover at the back is a low-pitch section that ties into the house wall, so it got ice-and-water shield across its full surface rather than just the valleys.

After the roof was finished, the painted trim and fascia were touched up where the tear-off had scuffed them, which we include on replacements rather than leaving the homeowner with a new roof and chipped trim.
