About This Project
August 2024 on a one-story in Houston's Fondren Southwest, 77071. The homeowner had started the process with another roofer who never built the job, so we picked up the file, verified the measurements and built it.
Up top it is a long hip hip design, a brick chimney and a side-entry garage included. The build went deck-up with new flashing at the chimney, new boots and vents and a driftwood laminate.
Picking up a job another contractor abandoned means re-checking everything: the squares, the pitch, the accessory count. On this one the original count was two squares short.
Eight photos show the ridge, the chimney and the slopes.
