Roof Replacement on Autumnway Dr in Houston, TX

About This Project

This one came to us the easiest way a job can: a neighbor two doors down had watched our crew finish their house and sent the homeowner our way. We replaced the roof on this one-story brick home in northwest Houston's 77064 in August 2025.

The hip roof carries a pair of turbine vents on the back slope and a dome vent near the front, and all three were reset on new flashing boots. The white chimney chase was wrapped with fresh step flashing and the satellite dish was lifted, re-mounted and re-aimed once the shingles were down.

Neighbor referrals are how most of our work in 77064 comes in, and it shows in the street: this is the third roof we have done within sight of this driveway. The clean-up on a referral job matters more than usual, because the person who sent us is watching from next door.

Photos show the finished ridge lines from the rear, the chimney side and the front eave.
