About This Project

A one-story in Houston's 77049 near Sheldon, tarped in July 2024 after a storm and replaced in September 2024.

The roofline is a long hip hip with a front gable and a one-story garage wing worked in. Old roof off, deck checked, then new boots and vents, a gray laminate and capped hips and ridge.

The crew photographed every stage of the tear-off, including a spot where the old shingles had lifted in the wind and let water under. That is the kind of damage that is invisible from the ground and obvious once the roof is open.
