About This Project
February 2024 on a two-story in Kingwood's 77345. The HOA required approval of the shingle color before the build, and the tear-off found decking that needed replacement under the rear slope.
From the ridge you can read the whole roof: a hip with a front gable and a brick chimney. New decking where needed, new flashing, new boots and vents, a driftwood laminate and capped hips.
Kingwood HOAs are strict about color and most require an application with a sample. We handle the paperwork so the homeowner is not the one chasing the board.
