About This Project
January 2026 on a two-story in Houston's Energy Corridor, 77077. A referral from a past customer; the homeowner chose Colonial Slate, a blue-gray laminate that suits the lighter brick on this street.
Structurally this is a steep hip-and-gable hip roof carrying a brick chimney. The replacement itself covered new flashing, new boots and vents, and a capped ridge.
Surplus bundles were returned to the supplier after the build, which is why the file stayed open a few weeks past the install. The roof itself was done in two days.
