Roof Replacement on Riford Dr in Cypress, TX

About This Project

Riford Drive is one of the established Cypress 77429 streets where we have replaced several roofs in the past two years; this two-story brick home got its tan-and-brown architectural shingle in November 2025, the same fall as a storm replacement a few doors down.

What makes a roof like this take care is the pool behind the house. The crew tarped and netted that side before a single shingle came off, and the rear valley above it was lined with ice-and-water shield before the field went down. The turbine vent was replaced with a new unit on the same cut.

The photos are taken from the ridge at the end of the day, looking down the hips toward the pool and across the neighborhood. The light is low because the crew finished late; November days are short.
