About This Project
August 2024 on a two-story in Houston's Memorial area, 77079. The homeowner had the old satellite dish left off, the gutters replaced and the roof done in one project. The house sold the following year and the roof warranty was transferred to the new owners.
What the crew was working with: a hip roof and a front gable and a brick chimney. The work: strip to the deck, then new flashing, new boots and vents and a charcoal laminate.
A transferable warranty is a real selling point on a Memorial listing. The new owners got a roof with a year on it and the paperwork to prove it.
Eight photos show the ridge, chimney and slopes.
