Roof Replacement on Cabot Lakes Dr in League City, TX

About This Project

August 2024 on a two-story in League City's 77573. This homeowner found us through our advertising rather than a referral, which was still unusual for League City at the time.

From the ridge you can read the whole roof: a hip with a front gable and a brick chimney. Down to bare decking and back up with new flashing, new boots and vents, and a charcoal laminate with capped hips.

League City is inside the Texas windstorm zone, so the roof was nailed to the high-wind pattern with the heavier edge metal. Surplus material went back to the supplier after the build.

The advertising lead on this one mattered to us because League City was referral-only territory for years. A homeowner who found us cold, checked the reviews and signed is a different kind of trust than a neighbor's recommendation. The roof is the same either way, but the clean-up and the follow-up call got extra attention because the next League City lead might read this page.

Eight photos show the ridge, chimney and slopes.
