About This Project
A large one-story home on Rolling Ridge Drive in Katy 77494, replaced in May 2025 with a gray-brown architectural shingle. The house has a long covered patio at the back with its own roof section, and the main roof carries a skylight and several dome vents.
The patio roof was re-shingled as part of the job and tied back into the main hip, the skylight got a new flashing kit, and the dome vents were replaced. The gutters were detached so the drip edge could go on behind them, then reset rather than replaced, since they were in good shape.
The photos are the crew's rooftop set: the main ridge, the field, the patio roof from above, the dome vents on the rear slope, and the hip lines at the back. On a roof this size the close-out photos are how we confirm every penetration was flashed before the crew leaves.
