About This Project

A two-story home on Noble Forest Drive in Humble 77346, in Atascocita, replaced in November 2024 with a gray architectural shingle. The roof is a tall hip with a chimney on the rear slope, and the photos are the crew's ridge-level set after cleanup.

The chimney was re-flashed with new step and counter flashing, the pipe jacks were replaced and the ridge was capped end to end. The homeowner financed the job through the national lender we work with.

Atascocita two-stories from the late 1990s are a steady part of our work, and the chimney flashing is almost always the first thing that fails on them.
