About This Project
A one-story home on Forest Run Drive in Cypress 77433, replaced in November 2025 with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max Def shingles in Weathered Wood. The Pro line is a heavier shingle than the standard Landmark, and the Max Def color gives it the deeper shading you can see in the ridge photos.
The roof is an 8/12 pitch with an 8-inch four-way intake vent on the main slope, nine sections of ridge vent along the peaks, a 3-inch and a 14-inch HVAC jack, and new pipe jacks in two sizes. Two-inch drip edge runs the full perimeter.
The photos are the crew's set from the ridge: the hip caps, the field, the valley above the garage and the vents on the rear slope.
