About This Project

Emily Springs Court is a cul-de-sac in the Fall Creek section of Humble 77396, and this 23-square one-story was replaced in February 2025 with Weathered Wood architectural shingles. February is a good month to roof in Houston: cool enough for the crew, dry enough for the deck.

The take-off list was short and specific, which is what a straightforward roof looks like on paper: nine sections of ridge vent, one dryer vent, three-in-one plumbing boots and new drip edge. The two turbine vents on the back hip were replaced with new units on the same cuts.
