About This Project
A one-story in north Houston's 77091, in Acres Homes, with storm damage that had been unresolved since 2022. We re-inspected the roof, documented it properly and got the replacement built, closing in February 2025.
It has a long hip hip-style roof: a detached garage. Scope was a complete tear-off with new boots and vents, a driftwood laminate and capped hips and ridge. The garage was roofed to match.
A storm file that sits for three years usually means the first inspection missed the damage. Our re-inspection photographed every slope and the hail marks were obvious once someone looked.
Eight photos show the finished roof and the house.
