About This Project
March 2025 on a two-story in Pearland's 77584. The homeowner chose Landmark Pro in Max Def Black and decided on the day of the build to have it hand-nailed, which the crew accommodated by adding a second day.
A powered attic fan was added through the roof with its own electrical run, and a cedar-tone ridge cap was used for contrast. Permit and city inspection followed the build.
Hand-nailing a black roof in Pearland in March is comfortable work; the same job in August would be a different story. Timing the build before the heat was the right call.
Eight photos show the black shingle, the attic fan and the house.
