About This Project
A two-story home on Birch Canoe Drive in Tomball 77375, replaced in September 2024 with a tan-and-brown architectural shingle blend. The lot backs onto a pool and the house has a complex roof with several hips and a steep upper section, which is why most of the photos are from the ridge looking down.
Beyond the shingles the job included new gutters, hung after the drip edge went on, and a paint touch-up on the fascia where a long-running leak had stained it. The ridge and hips were capped with Shadow Ridge accessory shingles rather than cut three-tab, which lasts longer on a roof this exposed.
Tomball is the northwest corner of our regular service area, and the homes along the creek there are mostly from one or two building waves, so this was one of several we replaced within a mile of each other that fall.
